Roles & Responsibilities

Support contract formation between buyers and suppliers, ensuring alignment on commercial and operational terms.
Execute trade transactions efficiently, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and contractual obligations.
Follow up on required documentation from both buyers and suppliers to facilitate smooth trade flow.
Prepare and review trade documentation including Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), and Commercial Invoices.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with banks for negotiation and finalization of trade documents (buyer’s bank and seller’s bank).
Manage end-to-end import/export processes including shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment handling.
Maintain strong knowledge of agri-commodity documentation and regulatory requirements.
Oversee supply chain operations from sourcing to final delivery for both local and international clients.
Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL service providers, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or disruptions.
Follow up on payments with buyers and coordinate with finance teams for timely collections.
Handle LC transactions, including verification, discrepancy management, and closure.
Resolve post-shipment issues by coordinating with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, banks, and logistics partners.
Prepare and present weekly and fortnightly MIS reports related to operations, shipments, and financial status.
