Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
strong operational, technical, and commercial expertise in hyperscale or enterprise data center
Responsibilities • Lead full lifecycle execution of Data Center MEP works • Manage mission-critical systems including MV/LV power, UPS, generators, precision cooling, and BMS • Drive commissioning (L1–L5) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) • Ensure compliance with international standards such as: • Uptime Institute • ASHRAE • NFPA • Control project budgets, variations, and profitability • Lead client coordination and authority approvals • Build and mentor a dedicated Data Center Execution team
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • 15–20 years total experience • Minimum 8–10 years in UAE data center execution projects • Proven delivery of Tier III / Tier IV data centers • Strong knowledge of redundancy systems (N+1, 2N, etc.) • Excellent leadership and commercial acumen
