Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead pre-opening setup: systems, SOPs, workflows, supplier coordination, opening readiness
Recruit, onboard, and train team members
Oversee daily caf & bakery operations after opening
Ensure excellent customer experience and service flow
Enforce hygiene, quality, and safety standards
Manage schedules, attendance, and team performance
Control inventory, suppliers, waste, and costs
Handle POS operations & operational reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in F&B / caf / bakery operations (pre-opening experience preferred)
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent organization & problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards
- Strong communication skills Arabic & English preferred
