Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Supervise and train staff, ensuring teamwork and high performance.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.
Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
Report regularly to management with insights and improvement plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in the food & beverage industry (restaurant, catering, bakery, or similar).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably candidates living around Maten .
