Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met.
  • Lead and control the Heads of Production and Warehouse departments.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Production, Warehouse, and Quality departments.
  • Monitor production performance, efficiency, and output quality.
  • Work with the Maintenance team to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.

Productivity, Efficiency & Cost Control

  • Analyze operational data to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive cost-control initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Compliance & Quality Management

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and ISO certifications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, lean manufacturing, QA processes).

Planning & Reporting

  • Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce allocation.
  • Prepare operational KPIs, weekly reports, and monthly performance dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate production planning in alignment with sales forecast and supply chain needs.

Systems & Technology

  • Utilize Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) for production planning, inventory control, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate system transactions and data entry across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Food Technology, Supply Chain, or related fields.

  • Minimum 6+ years of working experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven experience managing Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles.
  • Familiarity with food safety and ISO standards.
  • Competent in operational KPIs, data analysis, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to guide and discipline operational teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
