Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily limousine operations, including trip planning, dispatch coordination, trip assignments, and fleet availability.

Oversee chauffeur performance, shift scheduling, route planning, and on-time service delivery.

Uphold Patriot Limousine s luxury service standards across all operations.

Handle customer escalations, feedback, and VIP service requirements with professionalism

Oversee daily vehicle inspections, cleanliness standards, and readiness for service.

Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, ITC regulations, limousine licensing, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 4 6 years experience in transportation, limousine services, hospitality operations, or similar fields.

Strong knowledge of UAE limousine operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements.

Professional communication and leadership with both clients and staff.
