Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
VETC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and enhance the center s operational performance. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day activities, streamline processes, and ensure that all programs and services are delivered efficiently and effectively in line with VETC s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all operational functions across departments.
- Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to support institutional objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education, training, or development sector.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
