Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for your reporting authority.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Demonstrated success in improving operational performance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in operations software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, project management platforms)
- Bachelor s degree in related field
