Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Translate briefs from the account team into clear operational plans.

  • Create and manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee production of booths, giveaways, branding materials, and printing jobs.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise installation and execution.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before handover.
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, timing, and cost.
  • Manage and assign tasks to the operations team (technicians, installers, on-ground crew).
  • Prepare progress reports for management.
  • 5 8 years of experience in BTL, production, events, printing, fabrication, or branding.
  • Strong background in managing booths, exhibition builds, giveaways production, office branding, and on-ground activations.
  • Experience handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with a wide range of suppliers (printing, carpentry, acrylic, fabrication, logistics).
  • Experience leading an operations team.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Clear and professional communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Budgeting, cost control, and negotiating prices & timelines
  • Quality control across all production stages.
  • High attention to detail in fabrication, printing, and finishing.
