Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core function: Ensure smooth execution across projects, service delivery, logistics, and internal coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee project operations planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Improve cross-functional execution between sales, engineering, procurement, and finance.
- Track operational KPIs (delivery timeliness, cost control, utilization, quality).
- Own process improvement and operational compliance to internal workflows.
- Oversee daily operations across all business units to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices to support company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals and market demands.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to support project delivery and business growth.
- Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports and insights to executive leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the security systems or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, resource planning, and budget management.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive organizational change.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
