Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core function: Ensure smooth execution across projects, service delivery, logistics, and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee project operations planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Improve cross-functional execution between sales, engineering, procurement, and finance.
  • Track operational KPIs (delivery timeliness, cost control, utilization, quality).
  • Own process improvement and operational compliance to internal workflows.
  • Oversee daily operations across all business units to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices to support company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to support project delivery and business growth.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely procurement.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports and insights to executive leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the security systems or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, resource planning, and budget management.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive organizational change.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
