Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
- Lead, train, and manage team members to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Japanese cuisine experience is required.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Previous GCC experience is preferred.
- Very good English level is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is not mandatory.
