Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations: warehouse, order fulfillment, delivery, returns & exchanges.
Manage and coach the operations team (OTC, warehouse, CRM, returns & exchange).
Ensure accurate inventory and smooth use of Odoo across all operational flows.
Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
Prepare and track KPIs (order lead time, on-time delivery, return rate, cost per order).
Support peak seasons and new collection launches with the right operational capacity.
Improve and document processes and SOPs to make operations scalable.
Minimum of 5 years and up to 9 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
Proven track record of managing teams and leading operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
