Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all business functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate with department heads to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
