Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the physical infrastructure, such as cleaning, repairing equipment, ensuring safety standards, and managing the overall upkeep of the premises.
  • Assist in Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members including receptionists, HK & maintenance personnel.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to members regarding programs, equipment, class schedules, and membership queries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including procedures, emergency protocols, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
  • Handle membership registrations, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
  • Manage member databases and ensuring accurate records of attendance and billing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in fitness center management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Work on shift basis, morning shift from 7 am to 3 pm and evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in fitness center management or related field.
