Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for sales, rentals, and service departments.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, parts, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance.
  • Supervise and train staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and quality control.
  • Implement process improvements and support company growth strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing operations within the automotive or motors industry.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented leader with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
