Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company’s goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation and process efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational success, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is highly desirable, showcasing expertise in process optimization.
