Overview

Our client is a UAE-based workforce solutions provider specializing in on-demand labor supply for sectors like construction, hospitality, facility management, oil & gas, logistics, and manufacturing. The company focuses on delivering skilled and semi-skilled manpower to meet client project requirements efficiently and in compliance with UAE labor laws.

The Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end staffing operations, ensuring timely deployment of workforce, compliance with client requirements, and efficient management of resources. The role focuses on aligning manpower supply with client contracts, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full staffing cycle including mobilization, deployment, attendance monitoring and demobilization.
  • Ensure manpower is supplied as per client contracts and project requirements.
  • Liaise with recruitment, HR, and camp management teams to ensure adequate workforce availability.
  • Monitor and control absenteeism, turnover, and workforce productivity at client sites. Coordinate with clients to understand workforce needs, resolve operational issues, and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Ensure all staffing operations comply with legal, contractual, and company standards. Oversee timesheet management, billing inputs, and payroll coordination for contract staff.
  • Prepare regular operational reports including manpower deployment status, performance metrics, and contract utilization.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor site supervisors, foremen, and operations staff to achieve operational targets.

Must Have
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in operations management within manpower supply/contract staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, staffing compliance, and client contract management.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and workforce management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
