Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the paper converting factory to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
Manage and lead factory staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Monitor and optimize resource utilization, including raw materials, equipment, and labor.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and ISO 45001:2018 standards and company policies.
Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and quality assurance teams to align production with business objectives.
Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
Prepare and manage factory budgets, controlling costs and maximizing operational efficiency.
Drive initiatives for process improvement, automation, and innovation within the factory.
Maintain accurate production records and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years experience as a factory or operation manager.
Previous experience working in paper converting industries is preferred.
Suitable higher educational qualification.
Has the ability to lead and monitor work teams under his leadership
has the ability to plan and distribute work tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and factory management software and ERP Programs
Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Relevant training and/or certifications as a factory or operation Manager
