Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a proactive and skilled Operations Manager to join our team and enhance our operational efficiencies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that all departments work cohesively to meet our strategic goals. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify operational challenges and develop solutions.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in operations management software and data analysis.
