Roles & Responsibilities

A new high-end restaurant specializing in fresh meat cuts, cooked directly to guests preference, is opening soon in Lebanon and has plans to expand internationally through franchising. We re looking for a mid-career Operations Manager with strong hands-on experience in restaurant operations.


Profile we need:

5+ years of experience in restaurant operations (preferably in premium dining, grill, steakhouse or meat-focused concepts)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Ability to build and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational workflows

Experience in opening new outlets is a strong advantage

Highly organized, detail-oriented and customer-centric

Able to handle daily operations, staff performance, cost control, and overall guest experience
