Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily valet operations across all sites
- Supervise and schedule valet staff
- Ensure fast, smooth, and professional service
- Handle VIP clients and partner venues
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Monitor cash flow, performance, and reporting
- Train and maintain high service standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 5 years experience in operations / hospitality / valet
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English (French is a plus)
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to handle pressure
