Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the architect of our daily operations, ensuring a seamless flow from the dark store to the customer's doorstep.
Core Responsibilities
- App & Dark Store Flow: Oversee day-to-day app operations and manage our dark store hubs for maximum efficiency.
- Inventory & Suppliers: Own the supply chain negotiate with vendors and ensure we never run out of top-tier shisha or snacks.
- Fleet & Logistics: Recruit, train, and manage our delivery squad to ensure lightning-fast fulfillment.
- Customer Experience: Lead the customer care strategy to maintain a 5-star reputation.
- Team Building: You have the autonomy to hire your own team as we scale from our re-launch phase.
- Process Optimization: Constantly find tech-driven ways to make our delivery cycle faster and leaner.
