Manage and supervise functional consultants, developers, and technical teams, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality of work.

Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high client satisfaction.

Understand client requirements and ensure proper translation into functional and technical solutions.

Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure implementation of best practices in ERP systems, process automation, and software development.

Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project tracking across all engagements.

Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, service delivery, and internal workflows.

Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, client meetings, and solution design.

Collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to align SD Shift operations with overall group strategy.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and development plans.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimize team capacity.

Establish and monitor KPIs related to project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
