Job description

Position : Operation Manager

Leading holds Oman's only ROP manufacturing license for fire safety equipment. Factory with 33 machines, LPCB certifications, funding secured.

Role

Run the factory. Set up production lines (extinguishers, hose reels, cabinets, pump skids). Implement ISO 9001. Hire and manage team of 8-12. Own the P&L. Report to Chairman.

Requirements

8-15 years in manufacturing/production. Fire safety preferred. Has set up or improved a production facility. Managed 10+ people. Knows ISO 9001. Hands-on. Relocate to Oman.

Package

OMR 1,200-1,800/month + OMR 300 housing + vehicle + bonuses + equity negotiable Role & responsibilities
