Job Description:

• Manage personnel, core operations, budgets, project delivery, and overall company strategy.
• Fostering the growth and development of team members, managing costs efficiently, and optimizing operations to enhance profitability
• Involvement in financial procedures such as invoicing and overseeing margins, costs, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure cost and schedule adherence of all projects under Civil/Mechanical division
• Review project plan and execution phases.
• Responsible for resolving all client and customer complaints and problems.
• Manage communication and interdepartmental cooperation.
• Provide technical direction and work-related advice.
• Review and approve all documents and communications before submission to client
• Focusing on continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Establishing targets for the department and team members. Evaluate performance and take corrective actions to ensure these targets are met
• Implement controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to department budget
