Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll be working on:
- Systems implementation and configuration of the accesso systems from a business requirements driven perspective for ticketing, access control and integrated visitor services.
- Provide consultancy to Clients on how to best use accesso technology to effectively manage business processes and procedures. This may span all departments including IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing & Operations.
- Guide and actively participate in the implementation of the project through its various phases including requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing and production deployment.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Work with Director of Operations to manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of objectives.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Working with development and Quality Assurance teams to test and troubleshoot all accesso applications and integration touchpoints released by the development team and ensure that only quality software releases are provided to clients.
- Assist with system related documentation (release notes, manuals, statement of works).
- Post projects go live, oversee, and manage support related issues which will include hands on systems troubleshooting and client escalation management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the ticketing industry, and assess their impact on business operations and strategies.
Technologies you may work with:
- Hands on system administration experience in ticketing or FEC related platforms (e.g. VGS, VIVA, Galaxy, Embed)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Based on the project status, prepare well-articulated system implementation related documentation (interface design, functional requirements matrix, testing plans etc).
Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, operations management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in the ticketing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory as regular interaction with senior stakeholders is expected.
- Proven track record of managing ticketing technology projects from initiation to completion, with experience in defining project requirements, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and resources.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members while managing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation principles.
- Ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.
