Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple upscale venues
  • Lead pre-opening planning and execution for new restaurant launches
  • Ensure consistent brand standards and guest experience across all units
  • Drive operational efficiency, team performance, and financial results
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multi-unit management within upscale dining (no QSR or casual formats)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Middle East hospitality sector
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Track record of successful venue openings and operational scaling
  • Only top-tier candidates will be considered no GM-level applicants or frequent job changers
