Description:
[We have an urgent opening for an Operations Manager at our coffee shop in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi. We re looking for a driven, hands-on leader who is passionate about coffee culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily caf operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences.
Create and manage staff schedules; lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
Maintain consistent standards of service, product presentation, and quality control.
Oversee inventory management including stock monitoring, ordering, and liaison with suppliers.
Develop and execute initiatives to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

Preferably native Arabic speaker.
Proven background as a Supervisor or Operations Manager within a coffee shop or similar F&B outlet.
Ability to start immediately and handle a fast-moving environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to coach staff and resolve customer issues effectively.
