Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Real Estate & Construction Management

  • Supervise ongoing construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for project execution.

  • Monitor property management operations for commercial and residential assets.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and building regulations


Hotels & Hospitality Operations

  • Oversee hotel operations to ensure high service standards and profitability.

  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to streamline processes and optimize performance.

  • Monitor KPIs related to occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.


Malls & Retail Operations

  • Manage mall operations including tenant coordination, leasing support, and facility management.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations and customer experience.

  • Oversee security, maintenance, and administrative support for commercial assets.


Corporate Administration & Office Operations

  • Lead administrative functions office management.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination and reporting to senior management.


Strategic Planning & Performance Monitoring

  • Track operational performance across all verticals and prepare management reports.

  • Analyze KPIs and financial data to recommend improvements and cost efficiencies.

  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor contracts, service providers and third-party partnerships.

  • Resolve operational issues and ensure timely decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management across multiple sectors (real estate, hotels, retail, construction).

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent project management, financial, and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulations in real estate, construction, and hospitality.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.
