Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Ensure the resolution of technical problems on the Microwave transmission part in collaboration with the UOP and/or supplier.
- Processing trouble tickets (TT&CR) and tracking and creating CSRs.
- Ensure preventive and curative maintenance on the Microwave transmission part and by planning corrective actions.
- Assist in the execution of recommendations sent by support.
- Assist with the various corrections and alignment of software releases.
- Support and assist the NMS team and the UOP team on site for the various interventions.
- Execution of planned activities (MOP).
- Ensure the permanence of maintenance support after working hours and during weekends (On Call) as well as during public holidays (On-call).
- Ensure that ticket turnaround times are met according to established SLAs.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, as well as 1&2nd level maintenance and configuration of existing nodes.
- Profile
- State Engineer or Master 2 in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Operations Research.
- Two (02) years of experience in the field of telecommunication networks, Microwave Transmission.
