Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of scaffolding & formwork projects
Develop manpower plans to ensure optimal resource utilization
Monitor productivity and implement improvement measures
Review project costing, budgets, and profitability
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal departments
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of total experience in scaffolding and formwork industry
At least 5 years as Operations Manager in the same industry within the GCC
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of scaffolding & formwork systems, standards, and safety regulations
Proven expertise in:
Manpower planning & resource allocation
Productivity monitoring & improvement
Project costing & cost control review
Budgeting & financial performance analysis
Operational strategy implementation
Client coordination & project execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
