Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance and minimize costs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of products or services.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in a Holiday Home company
Strong understanding of end-to-end Holiday Home operations (property onboarding, pricing, platform listing, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, maintenance follow-up, etc.)
Proficient in Price Lab dynamic pricing system
Familiar with listing and platform integration on Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, and other major OTA platforms
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Most preferred if speaks Chinese
