Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all security operations, ensuring effective deployment of security personnel, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence. The role oversees site operations, manpower planning, training, compliance, and business growth while ensuring adherence to Qatar's security regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day security operations across all client sites.

  • Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of security guards and supervisors.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.

  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.

  • Ensure timely mobilization of manpower for new contracts and projects.

  • Oversee incident management and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Criminology, Military Science, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 7–10 years of security operations experience.

  3. At least 5 years in a managerial role within a security services company.

  4. Experience managing large teams of security guards and supervisors.

  5. Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
