Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive process optimization, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction initiatives.
Ensure consistent quality standards in line with HVAC industry regulations and customer requirements.
Manage production KPIs, cost control, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
Oversee cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, quality, and sales teams.
Build, mentor, and retain high-performance operational teams.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all operations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (Master s degree is a plus).
8 12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within HVAC, electromechanical, or industrial manufacturing.
Proven experience managing factory operations, production lines, and technical teams.
Strong understanding of HVAC products, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
Solid background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
