Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervises the Operations Quality area of responsibility in line with defined objectives and KPIs

Identifies improvement opportunities, provides consulting, and contributes to enhancing service delivery

Ensures adherence to standards, governance, and effective process execution

Leads and manages direct reports within the area of responsibility

Plans and coordinates team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to all incoming requests

Defines team members objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions, monitoring, and performance evaluation

Identifies training and development needs, supports professional growth, and implements initiatives for performance improvement, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering.

(0-2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the Operations Quality field

Full professional proficiency in English language

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Excellent problem solving capabilities, supported by strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
