Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervises the Operations Quality area of responsibility in line with defined objectives and KPIs
- Identifies improvement opportunities, provides consulting, and contributes to enhancing service delivery
- Ensures adherence to standards, governance, and effective process execution
- Leads and manages direct reports within the area of responsibility
- Plans and coordinates team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to all incoming requests
- Defines team members objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions, monitoring, and performance evaluation
- Identifies training and development needs, supports professional growth, and implements initiatives for performance improvement, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in engineering.
- (0-2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the Operations Quality field
- Full professional proficiency in English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving capabilities, supported by strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
