Missions
Promote the H3SEQ culture (hygiene, health, safety, social, environment and quality) within the ForagePuits entity and on the operating sites.

• Communicate HSE objectives. Monitor and conduct HSE performance audits of suppliers.
• Develop HSE procedures, if required.
• Ensure that the Group's HSE procedures are implemented.
• Liaise with the HSE entity for all HSE matters relating to FP activities.
• Develop specific H3SEQ culture awareness programs in the FP context - Algeria.
• Adopt exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE rules and requirements, the ethics policy and monitoring of the code of conduct.

Activity

• Implement the HSE reference framework associated with drilling operations. (Good knowledge of HSE reference frameworks)
• Carry out an HSE audit of a drilling rig and set up an objective monitoring program.
• Promote H3SE culture (hygiene, health, safety, social, environment) on operating sites.
• Promote HSE risk awareness programs and implement monitoring.
• Monitor HSE objectives and conduct audits of supplier HSE performance
• Develop HSE programs specific to the drilling-well context
• Work effectively in a team and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE rules and requirements as well as the ethics policy and monitoring of the code of conduct.
• Assist the Drilling-Well Manager and the Superintendent in preparing the drilling and completion campaign on GTFT and TFT-Sud from an H3SE point of view by participating/organizing risk analyses and developing the required operational procedures
• Provide the technical information required from an HSE point of view during the preparation of calls for tender, prepare H3SE evaluation grids, and participate in the H3SE evaluation of contractors.
• Prepare the HSE bridging document with the drilling contractor.
• Coordinate with the superintendent the preparation of operations, and specifically:
  
  • Carry out HSE audits of contractors.
  • Ensures that the contractor is aware of the Group's HSE reference framework and promotes it. Helps the drilling superintendent ensure that staff have the required HSE training.
  • Participate in the prevention of major risks Organize and participate in the identification of risks and risk analyses.
  • Participate in the preparation of crisis management exercises During operations Assist the drilling superintendent in monitoring the training of contractors and service companies
  • Ensure that the Rig HSE meeting is organized on a monthly basis

Qualifications & Experience Required

• IWCF certificate less than 2 years old
• HSE training, awareness and risk prevention, respect for the environment in operations.
• Previous missions in:
• Safety management services for a drilling contractor, OSL on drilling site,
• Safety management services on the production unit.
• Knowledge and experience of supervision
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Spoken and written French required
