Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary
A leading residential hotel seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to handle customer interactions, manage
room bookings, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong communications n skills, bilingual
fluency, and a proactive approach to covering inquiries into reservations.



Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries
    Present and explain available apartments/rooms to potential clients
    Handle sales calls and convert leads into bookings
    Make reservations through hotel management systems
    Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
    Provide follow-up support to clients and resolve service-related issues
    Ensure accurate data entry and booking records


Requirements
  • Preference will be given to non-Saudi applicants with relevant hospitality experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel reserva=ons
  • Fluent in spoken and wriPen English and Arabic
  • Ability to work long shiOs (12 hours), 6 days per week
  • Comfortable with computer systems and online booking plaJorms
  • Presentable, organized, and customer-friendly
