Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily operations across assigned zones.

  • Allocate tasks and prioritize workload for Operations Executives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Supervise and guide Operations Executives during shifts.
  • Review, validate, and consolidate daily operational reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Lead on-site response during incidents, events, or peak periods.
  • Support fit-out activities, openings, and special events.
  • Act as escalation point before involving management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in operations, facilities management, or site supervision (preferably in multi-site or zone-based environments)
  • Ability to conduct site inspections, audits, and quality control checks with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-site incidents and act as the first point of escalation
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage operations during high-pressure situations such as peak hours, events, or emergencies
