Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily operations and in‑flight catering activities
Coordinate with ramp operations, dispatch, and duty managers
Ensure smooth flight catering operations, including VIP and urgent orders
Monitor dispatch reports, booking lists, and operations documents
Support and guide operations staff and supervisors
Assist during peak operations, emergencies, and high‑pressure situations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure on‑time and quality service
Follow company rules on safety, procedures, and data protection
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
3-10 years of experience in in-flight catering or related industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software.
