1. Product Photography & Content Creation

• Capture high-quality, aesthetic photos and videos (optional) of seller items using your dedicated smartphone.
• Ensure consistent lighting, styling, and visual standards across all items.
• Maintain FREAK s visual identity and elevate listing quality through creativity.
• Edit and upload images directly into FREAK s listing system.

2. Listing Management & Accuracy

• Create precise, detailed, and appealing product listings.
• Ensure titles, categories, condition descriptions, and sizing are accurate.
• Spot defects, verify condition, and communicate discrepancies with sellers.
• Maintain an internal database for all items stored and listed.

3. Inventory, Storage & Item Flow Management

• Receive items, tag them, document them, and store them in their designated storage spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, easy-to-track storage system.
• Coordinate with operations for pickups, returns, authentication flow, and dispatch.
• Ensure no item is misplaced and that tracking is updated daily.

4. Seller Communication & Coordination

• Communicate with sellers when needed regarding missing details, condition clarifications, or item follow-ups.
• Maintain a courteous, clear, and professional tone in English and Arabic.
• Provide sellers with updates on their listings and performance when necessary.

5. Quality Control & Fashion Eye

• Ensure items meet FREAK s quality & authenticity standards before being listed.
• Identify trending styles, category gaps, and visual improvements.
• Recommend ways to elevate the photography setup, equipment, and styling techniques.

6. Operational Support

• Prepare items for authentication partners.
• Track movement of items between photography storage authentication delivery.
• Collaborate with the ops, marketing, and category teams on new projects (drops, edits, VIP closets).
