Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This hybrid role is designed to support both our customers and the operations team during critical moments of their journey with Invygo. You will play a key role in managing daily interactions with car dealers and customers, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong partnerships to meet and exceed assigned KPIs.
What You Will Do as an Operation Specialist:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction, whether with customers, car dealers, or your Invygo teammates.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of requests and complaints with confidence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and marketing, to develop new processes and products that enhance the customer experience.
- Handle daily WhatsApp requests from dealers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the operations team in managing escalated scenarios and provide solutions to complex issues.
- Occasionally handle challenging customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone, requiring strong customer service experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree with experience in Customer Experience (CX) or the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Office, Google Suite, or other platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- The ability to structure your day effectively to meet targets.
