Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Take over a key role as an Operations Specialist in the Business & Operations - KSA department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Respond to partner-raised operational tickets quickly and accurately during working hours
- Call customers to follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Create and manage new customer packages with accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve real-time customer and partner complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with the operations team to balance workload and support smooth daily execution
- Collaborate with customer support and partner management teams when needed to deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate records and updates across operational tools and systems
- Contribute to team discussions and share ideas to improve processes and service quality
What we are looking for:
- 1 4 years of experience in operations or customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues on the spot
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple tickets at once
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in the service industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for data entry and reporting are a plus
- Team player with a proactive, empathetic, and reliable approach
