Roles & Responsibilities

Take over a key role as an Operations Specialist in the Business & Operations - KSA department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

  • Respond to partner-raised operational tickets quickly and accurately during working hours
  • Call customers to follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Create and manage new customer packages with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Resolve real-time customer and partner complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with the operations team to balance workload and support smooth daily execution
  • Collaborate with customer support and partner management teams when needed to deliver seamless service
  • Maintain accurate records and updates across operational tools and systems
  • Contribute to team discussions and share ideas to improve processes and service quality

What we are looking for:

  • 1 4 years of experience in operations or customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues on the spot
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple tickets at once
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for data entry and reporting are a plus
  • Team player with a proactive, empathetic, and reliable approach
