Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day internal operations from the office, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, updates, and coordination professionally
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication to ensure high service satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to support operational requirements
Monitor and track KPIs, performance metrics, and service levels, preparing regular reports for management
Handle client requests, documentation, and operational follow-ups in a timely manner
Ensure all operations comply with company policies, contracts, and service agreements
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in office-based operations, administration, or business operations
Strong background in client coordination / client handling / stakeholder management
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial services sector is highly preferred
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills (KPI tracking, performance reporting)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
