Roles & Responsibilities

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of operations staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor workflow processes and identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, safety regulations, and company policies in all operational activities.
  • Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent inventory discrepancies.
  • Lead warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock movements, and order processing.
  • Oversee the handling of returns, including processing returns, restocking inventory, and managing disposal.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Address any operational issues or concerns raised by team members, customers, or other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their development and growth.
  • Implement cost management strategies to control operational expenses and optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role.
