Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
SayGen Genetics is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to lead operations at our RT-PCR and IVD Diagnostics Kits manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end operational oversight of the manufacturing facility
Leading cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Production, Quality, and other teams
Driving operational excellence through a focused, outcome-based approach
Ensuring seamless execution, team alignment, and continuous process improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, master's or PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of RT-PCR diagnostic technologies, assay development, IVD product development and manufacturing workflows
Hands-on experience collaborating with R&D, Production, Quality, and other teams
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
