Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise teams during operations.
- Participate in the weekly planning of operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards during operations.
- Facilitating team meetings and ensuring good internal communication
- To act quickly in the event of an incident or technical problem
- Verify the conformity of the documents before their transmission to avoid any errors or omissions.
- Coordinate with field and office teams to ensure the smooth flow of documents and information.
- Communicate regularly with the logistics department to report any anomalies or specific documentation needs.
- Knowledge of regulations concerning the transport and management of waste
- Category B driving licence required
- HSE concepts applied to activities related to waste management
- Ability to organize and coordinate operations
- Team management and leadership
- Sense of organization and thoroughness
- Reactivity and ability to manage unexpected events
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Good communication and leadership
- Good physical condition
- Able to travel within the national territory
