Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily delivery & assembly operations and ensure on-time performance

  • Monitor KPIs, improve efficiency, and reduce operational failures

  • Lead and manage field teams (drivers, assemblers, operations staff)

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Handle client coordination, reporting, and issue resolution

  • Drive compliance with company policies and SLAs

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics operations with team handling

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Experience in delivery, courier, or assembly operations preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
