Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operation of all residential complexes and complex facilities (security, cleaning, maintenance, and recreational facilities).

Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality performance.

Handle resident complaints and follow up on their resolution effectively.

Conduct periodic inspections to ensure team compliance with standards.

Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and submit them to management.

Ensure the implementation of health and safety procedures within the complex.

Participate in emergency plans and response to critical situations.

Qualifications

Educational:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or Facilities Management).

Experience:

At least 2–3 years of previous experience in operating or supervising complexes or residential projects.

Experience in dealing with multiple teams and external service providers.

Skills:

Business knowledge and understanding

Knowledge of information technology and computer applications

Fluency in English

Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions

Effective communication and customer service skills
