Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, implementing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative environment where team members can develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, proactively addressing any operational challenges.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing waste through effective supply chain management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid educational foundation or Mechanical Engineering.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations or supervisory roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational processes.

  • Must have experience with water desalination plants, RO membrane replacements.

  • Must be aware of the procedure for membrane vessel replacements.
